Talk about your account
"I spent three years in Google Ads technical support and saw from the inside why campaigns get disapproved, why accounts get suspended and where budgets disappear. Since 2017 we have used that experience to run our clients' ads. Now I protect your budget from those same mistakes."Daniel Norets, founder of Picknetic

In most niches it is a good starting point. We scale only when the numbers show the ads are paying for themselves. During the audit we work it out for your niche.
Always. The account, campaign history and conversion data belong to you, including after we stop working together.
Yes. The contract is month-to-month, with no six-month notice period.
Because disapproved products and feed errors block Shopping campaigns before they start. We fix the account first, then switch on Google Shopping.
Yes. Daniel Norets spent three years in Google Ads technical support and another year in the team behind Google Business Profile and Maps. That is why we spot the cause of a disapproval or a suspension quickly.
Usually within the first few days after launch. A clear picture takes about two months, once the account has enough data.
Start with an audit. We look at the search terms, conversion tracking and the page the ad sends people to. Most often the budget goes on broad match keywords with no negatives.
Yes, through Performance Max, once the account has conversion data. We rarely run standalone Display campaigns, because the leads they bring tend to cost more.
Leave your phone number or email. We reply within 15 minutes during working hours and book a 20-minute call.
No spam. One call and a specific list of fixes, then the decision is yours.
What you pay is made up of two parts. The ad budget, which you pay to Google directly, and the management fee, which with us is flat and starts at $400 a month.
Click prices depend on the niche. In legal and medical services a click can cost more than ten dollars, while in retail it is often just a few cents. That is why, before launch, we calculate how many leads your budget can realistically buy, and we tell you straight when the numbers do not work.
Then there is the page itself. Paid traffic that lands on a slow page that does not match the search quietly burns money. We build the page for the campaign, so every click has somewhere to land.
Google Ads puts your ad in front of people who are already searching for what you sell. The ad appears above the organic results, marked as sponsored, and you pay only when someone clicks. That is why it is called pay per click, or PPC.
There are several campaign types. Search campaigns with text ads. Shopping, where a product shows with its photo and price. Performance Max, which spreads one budget across Search, YouTube, Display and Maps. Remarketing, which brings back visitors who left without getting in touch. We switch them on one at a time, starting with whatever brings leads fastest.
Google runs an auction for every search. Your bid is multiplied by Quality Score, which reflects how well the ad matches the search, how often people click it and whether the landing page delivers what the ad promised. An account with tight keywords and a page built for the query pays less for the same position than a competitor who bids more and sends people to a homepage.
It works when people already search for your product or service. Home services, healthcare, legal, ecommerce, B2B and SaaS. The customer describes the need in their own words, and your ad answers exactly that.
It does not work when there is no demand yet. A new product nobody has heard of needs social media and content first. And if the budget buys fewer than a hundred clicks a month, there is not enough data to optimise anything. We say so on the audit.
We read the search terms people actually clicked on and add negative keywords. We adjust bids and Smart Bidding targets. We pause ads that underperform. And we check conversion tracking in Google Analytics 4, because without it Google's automated bidding learns from the wrong data and spends the budget on clicks that never become leads.
Ask who will actually run your account and who does the audit. Ask how the agency is paid, because a percentage of spend rewards bigger budgets. Ask who owns the account and what happens to it if you leave. And ask for results from real accounts, with the period the agency managed them. Our answers are on this page.
