In Shopping campaigns, Google advertises your feed rather than your ad copy. That is where we start
We will tell you how many products in your catalogue are currently invisible and why.
3D printer store, Spain
Managed since 2017 in three countries, including Poland and Spain. Orders grew 11x, with a search CTR of 21.11 per cent.
Shopping clicks grew from 19,960 to 61,920 in two months. Part of that is seasonality, and we say so openly.
Microsoft Ads added alongside Google. Cost per click €0.41, compared with €0.96 on Google.
How many products are active, how many are disapproved and which required fields are empty.
Titles, Google product categories, identifiers, and prices and stock that match the product page.
Site verification, shipping, returns and policy pages. Missing policies are a common cause of suspension.
Catalogue split by margin and demand rather than one campaign for everything.
Cut products that get clicks but no sales and push the ones that earn.
Return on ad spend is revenue divided by ad cost. A store with a 50 per cent margin breaks even at a ROAS of 2, and one with a 25 per cent margin needs 4 just to stand still. We set the target from your margin rather than from a benchmark in someone else's blog post.
Different product groups get different targets. Bestsellers with thin margins and slow movers with healthy ones should never share a bid.
Custom labels in the feed let us tag products by margin, price band, season or stock level. Campaigns are built on those labels, so the budget goes where the profit is.
Brand searches get their own campaign. Otherwise, cheap branded clicks flatter the numbers and hide how the rest of the catalogue is doing.
Shopping catches people comparing products. Search catches people who type a model number or a specific question. Performance Max adds YouTube, Display and Gmail placements for the same products, and we run it next to standard Shopping so you can see which products it actually sells.
Most visitors leave without buying. Dynamic remarketing shows them the products they viewed, at the current price. It only works when the product IDs in the feed match the ones in the site tags, which is one more reason we start with the feed.

Our founder, Daniel Norets, spent three years inside Google Ads technical support and saw first-hand why ads get disapproved, why accounts get suspended and where budgets disappear. Since 2017 the agency has put that experience to work on the advertiser's side.
At the start, our founder personally reviews your account and shows you what is holding results back.
Read-only access to Merchant Center and Google Ads, then a call about what is holding the catalogue back.
Merchant Center, feed, campaign structure and ecommerce tracking.
Flat fee, independent of ad spend.
Campaign history, conversion data and access belong to you. Everything keeps running after we stop.
No annual lock-in. You stay because you see the results, not because of a contract.
We do not earn more when you spend more, so we have no reason to inflate your budget.
Most often the price or availability differs between the feed and the product page, or required attributes are missing. Google's review checks the product page against the feed, so a feed that looks fine on its own can still fail.
Often yes, once the cause on the site is fixed. Appealing without fixing it gets the same answer again.
Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart and custom builds. We take the feed as it comes and clean it up on our side.
Not with us. We maintain the feed ourselves, so fixing disapprovals does not turn into email ping-pong between two suppliers.
Only after purchases are tracked correctly. Without that data, it spends your budget guessing.
Yes, with the same feed, and it is covered by the same flat fee.
Usually not. Read-only access to Merchant Center, Google Ads and Analytics is enough for the audit. For tracking fixes we work with your developer or through your tag manager.
Revenue, ROAS and cost per sale by product group, plus what we changed and why.
Leave your details. We reply within 15 minutes during working hours and book 20 minutes to walk you through your account.
No spam. One call and a specific list of fixes, then the decision is yours.
Shopping campaigns show products. The feed decides which product Google shows and for which query, so a product's title, category and availability move revenue more than a bid adjustment does.
The classic broken setup looks the same everywhere. Titles written for internal stock control, missing manufacturer identifiers, half the catalogue out of stock. The campaign runs, the budget burns and the wrong products get shown.
The second failure is tracking. If purchases and revenue are not sent back to the account, the algorithm optimises towards clicks and buys traffic that never converts. It is the most expensive mistake in ecommerce PPC, and also the most common.
