Merchant Center flags a policy violation, and the message does not say what to change. We spent three years working with those rules inside Google.
We diagnose the cause and tell you straight whether the suspension can be lifted and what has to change on the site first.
Usually the wrong products are showing. That is a feed and structure problem, and changing bids will not fix it.
Active versus disapproved products, missing attributes, mismatched prices.
Titles, Google categories, GTIN and MPN, and prices that match the product page.
Verification, shipping and returns policies, linking to Google Ads.
Catalogue split by margin and demand, with priority settings that make sense.
Pause the products that get clicks but no sales and put more behind the ones that sell.
The title is the closest thing Shopping has to a keyword. Brand, product type, the attribute buyers filter by, then the model. Descriptions matter less for ranking, but they answer the questions that stop a click from becoming a sale.
We rewrite titles in the feed with rules or a supplemental sheet, so the product pages in your store stay as they are.
Custom labels let us group products by margin, price band, season or bestseller status. Product groups and campaigns follow those labels, so a product that earns well never competes for budget with one that barely pays for its clicks.
Shopping has no keywords, but it still has search terms. We read them every week and add negatives, because a cheap accessory can easily start showing for searches about the expensive product it fits.
A new feed starts with tighter control. Once purchases are tracked and there is enough sales history, we move product groups to Target ROAS with a target set from your margin.
Merchant Center also shows products in free listings across Google. They cost nothing and need the same clean feed, so every fix we make for paid campaigns helps them too.

Our founder, Daniel Norets, spent three years inside Google Ads technical support and saw first-hand why ads get disapproved, why accounts get suspended and where budgets disappear. Since 2017 the agency has put that experience to work on the advertiser's side.
At the start, our founder personally reviews your account and shows you what is holding results back.

Merchant Center, feed, campaigns and purchase tracking.
Flat fee, independent of ad spend.
Campaign history, conversion data and access belong to you. Everything keeps running after we stop.
No annual lock-in. You stay because you see the results, not because of a contract.
We do not earn more when you spend more, so we have no reason to inflate your budget.
Usually the price or availability differs between the feed and the product page, or a required attribute is missing. Google's review compares the two.
From a few hours to three days. Large catalogues are reviewed in batches, so products come back gradually.
They run from the same Google Ads budget. We often move part of the search budget across, because Shopping usually converts at a lower cost.
Yes. We work with the feed you have, whether it comes from your platform, a plugin or a spreadsheet.
Yes, but only once purchases are tracked correctly. Without data, it spends the budget guessing.
Five extra fields in the feed that you fill with your own values, such as margin or season. Shoppers never see them, but campaigns can be split by them.
Both can run. We usually keep a standard Shopping campaign for the products where we need control and let Performance Max take the rest once conversion data is there.
No. They use the same Merchant Center account and feed and are switched on in the Merchant Center settings.
