What we collect

We collect only what you submit yourself, plus aggregated visit statistics.

• Form data. Your name, phone number or email, website address and the message you write.
• Correspondence. If you email or message us, the text of that conversation is stored.
• Statistics. Aggregated data about visits, pages viewed, referral source, device type and approximate city.

Why we need it

Contact details are used only to reply to your request and to arrange a call about the work. Statistics help us see which pages work and fix the ones that do not.

We do not sell or pass on your contact details to third parties for advertising, and we do not send newsletters without your separate consent.

Who else sees the data

The site relies on third-party services that process some of this data on their side.

• Google Analytics and Google Ads, for visit and conversion statistics.
• Cloudflare, for site hosting and protection.
• Gmail, when a request reaches us by email.

How long we keep it

Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as they are needed for our work together, and no longer than three years after the last contact. Aggregated statistics stay in the analytics services under their own retention rules.

Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject "data deletion" and the contact details you gave us. We delete the request and the correspondence within 30 days and confirm this by email.

You can also ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.

Cookies

Google Analytics cookies are set only after you allow them in the notice at the bottom of the page. We do not use advertising cookies. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date below. The current version is always available here.
